3 big sleeps!

Hey

Well im 8kg down by my scales, so im STOKED!!! couldnt have asked for a better result! :)

And yes im left with 3 big sleeps til the band comes marching in!!!!! I cant wait now, everyone keeps asking if im nervous, but i am kinda feeling nothing at present, like im not fussed either way, just want it all over and start this amazing journey!

Again i have found another uber cool friend to talk about it with so its all very exciting! You all make it soo easy to go through something like this! Actually my brother has been an amazing support as i have mentioned he had it done exactly 365 days prior to when i get mine done so thats really cool! kinda a spesh day for us both! :)

So this weekend im going away, but im goin to stick to the shakes and if necessary just have a salad or veggies, but no cheats this weekend, i wanna be ready for surgery monday!!! :)

Oh and ive pretty much packed for surgery so im really happy with all that

Oh and i made the roasted cauli and almond soup, omg it is delish! i had to taste test and wow im in love with it! hahah so i cant wait to have that when im allowed

Anyway, its really just a quick post, ill try pop on Sunday night to do my night before feelings/emotions! Any support about now will be taken with the biggest open arms!
